Spa Terms & Conditions

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Taplow House Hotel spa days and non-resident treatments require payment in full at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in GBP, include VAT and are subject to change. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion. At least 48 hours notice is required for cancelling treatments. For all spa days, we require at least 72 hours’ notice.Group bookings of 4 or more people require at least 7 days’ notice.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us
before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Spa team upon arrival.

Arrival

Parking is available for all guests. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment or spa day in order to complete your health questionnaire, get changed and relax.

Late Arrival

If you are delayed, then, unfortunately, your treatment will be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next booking. The treatment price will remain the same.

Etiquette

The environment at Taplow House Hotel and Spa is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Loungers in the Treatment Lounge or by the pool cannot be reserved, and any discarded towels will be removed. Day guests will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers on arrival. If you are a hotel resident your robe and slippers will be provided in your hotel room. Please bring your own swimwear, gym wear and trainers so that you can make the most of your Taplow House Hotel and Spa experience. During your treatment you may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs, or hygienic disposable briefs can be provided for women. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will
always use a draping technique to protect your privacy. We respectfully request that robes are not worn in the Main Hotel after 4.00 pm.

Health

As some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, we
will ask you to complete a health questionnaire when you arrive for your treatment or package. It is important to let us know of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or
nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

Phones, Audio & Video Sound

Taplow House Spa is a phone-free environment and we ask our
guests to keep their devices on silent or vibrate and not to make or receive calls in the spa. Please be considerate of your fellow guests.

Swimming Pool and Sauna

The pool area is open for guests aged over 16 from 9:00am until
7.00am daily and we kindly request that guests use the sign-in sheet before entering the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Valuables

It is not advisable to wear jewellery whilst visiting Taplow House Hotel and Spa or during treatments, we recommend that you do not bring
valuables with you.

Child Policy

Taplow House Hotel Spa is for adults, 16 and over.

After Care

To continue your Taplow House Hotel experience at home, most
